Are you a seasoned professional seeking a new challenge in facility management? BGIS is currently seeking a Facility Manager III to oversee the operations and maintenance of client facilities in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage budgets, analyzing financial reports to ensure optimal resource allocation
- Manage facilities with complex building operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Liaise with clients and tenants to provide exceptional day-to-day facility management services
- Supervise a team of maintenance and administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution
- Perform annual building inspections and develop project plans to address any identified issues
- Evaluate tenant requests and provide cost-saving alternatives, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives
- Monitor contract service performance and implement action plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in property/facility management, with a proven track record of success
- Diploma in property management or a related field, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of building standards and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
- Certifications in facility or property management, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field
