Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Mental Health Professional. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of mental health professionals in the delivery of intensive case management services.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that address the complex needs of individuals with serious addictions and mental illness.
  • Collaborate with community agencies and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and service delivery.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on mental health and addiction issues.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify learning needs and develop individualized plans for patient education and rehabilitation.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as nursing, psychology, or social work.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health services, with a focus on intensive case management and leadership.
  • Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant or a practicing RPN registrant.
  • Valid BC Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with individuals with serious addictions and mental illness.
  • Knowledge of harm reduction practices and community service systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and healthcare professionals.
