Key Responsibilities

Diligently complete trafficking documentation with all pertinent details, including campaign specifics, advertisement creatives, targeting criteria, and delivery guidelines. Ensure that all trafficking documentation is thorough and adheres to applicable standards and specifications. Oversee the transmission of advertising files to media outlets in accordance with established timelines. Confirm the integrity and quality of advertisement files prior to transmission, ensuring compliance with the requirements of each media platform. Address any challenges related to file transmission and proactively seek solutions in a timely manner. Maintain clear and effective communication with media partners to ensure smooth file transmission and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to enhance trafficking procedures and boost efficiency. Perform comprehensive quality assurance checks on trafficking documentation and advertisement files to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and adherence to industry standards. Identify and rectify any inconsistencies or mistakes in trafficking records or advertisement creatives. Keep detailed records of all trafficking activities, including documentation, delivery confirmations, and relevant communications.

Required Qualifications

Exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills. 2-3 years of prior experience in advertisement trafficking, media coordination, or digital advertising operations is preferred. Ability to navigate ambiguity and build strong relationships to address complex and diverse project requirements. An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of independently solving problems in uncertain project environments. Commitment to fulfilling responsibilities and ensuring team members do the same. Exhibit positive, mature, and professional behavior with a proactive attitude. Familiarity with common project management tools (such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) and corporate/cloud systems (like Box, Google Apps, etc.). Understanding of advertising industry standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Additional Qualifications

Relevant university or college education. 2+ years of pertinent work experience in advertising, media, or related sectors. Strong verbal, written, and communication skills. Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding atmosphere.
