Strong organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills. 2-3 years of prior experience in advertisement trafficking, media coordination, or digital advertising operations is preferred. Ability to navigate ambiguity and build strong relationships to address complex and diverse project requirements. An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of independently solving problems in uncertain project environments. Commitment to fulfilling responsibilities and ensuring team members do the same. Exhibit positive, mature, and professional behavior with a proactive attitude. Familiarity with common project management tools (such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) and corporate/cloud systems (like Box, Google Apps, etc.). Understanding of advertising industry standards, guidelines, and best practices.Additional Qualifications
Relevant university or college education. 2+ years of pertinent work experience in advertising, media, or related sectors. Strong verbal, written, and communication skills. Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding atmosphere.
