Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Normanna Care Services Limited Partnership. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist with mealtime, including serving and feeding residents.
  • Help with light housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Assist with transportation of residents to and from appointments.
  • Participate in activities and programs designed to promote resident engagement and well-being.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
