We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Alert Guard Security Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
- Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide support and assistance to clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units and departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.
- Supervise Security Personnel: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, ensuring they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of security services.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a security-related role.
- Certifications: Security Guard License.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
