About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at RW&CO. as a Store Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals, while providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is achieving company objectives and KPI goals, including sales, profit, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Provide coaching, mentoring, and on-the-spot feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Merchandise Strategies: Implement effective merchandise strategies to drive sales and customer engagement, while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment.
  • Communication: Maintain an open and effective line of communication with the Store Manager and District Manager to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: At least 6 months of leadership and supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to mobilize a team towards a common goal and drive results.
  • Education: High School graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Availability: Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
