Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team at Guanajuato Silver Company LTD. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including financial record-keeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Software: Maintain and operate accounting software, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable modules.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
Working Conditions

The Accounting Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.
