About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team at Williams Engineering Canada. As a key member of our structural team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordination assistance with internal and external project partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring technical standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure project excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • P.Eng. status with the appropriate provincial association.
  • 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in consulting engineering.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license.
