We are seeking a skilled Master Carpenter to join our team at MASTER CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with building codes.
  • Prepare and implement layouts, using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare and submit tenders and quotations for construction projects.
  • Build and install foundations, floor beams, subflooring, walls, and roof systems.
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Survey building locations and levels to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Instruct and supervise apprentices and other workers on construction sites.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial properties, including wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, and industrial plants.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the construction industry.
