About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our mental health services, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to individuals and families affected by mental illness and substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for clients with complex mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including psychotherapy, counseling, and case management.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health and substance use issues.
  • Participate in clinical research and program evaluation activities to improve care and services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience working with clients and families with mental health and substance use issues.
  • Valid Class 5 BC driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Eligibility for registration with a relevant professional association.
