Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with guests and assist them in selecting the right vehicle by actively listening to their needs.
  • Become an expert on our vehicle offerings, including optional packages and the latest technology.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to encourage referral business.
  • Develop skills to effectively address objections and excel in sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, and performance evaluations.
  • Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the role every day.
Qualifications
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
  • Eagerness to learn about new products and features.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with guests.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Must be a Canadian Resident or possess Permanent/Landed Immigrant Status.
