About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Jagdish Gill & Paramjit Gill. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the efficient production of crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting to ensure optimal crop yields.
  • Team Supervision: Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Operations Oversight: Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Staff Management: Hire and train staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • General Farm Duties: Perform general farm duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the farm.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced agricultural environment with a focus on quality and productivity.
  • Work Hours: Work 40 hours per week in a regular schedule.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language used in the workplace.
