As a Member Services Support Intern, you will play a vital role in assisting our team with administrative tasks related to discipline and appeals within the soccer community.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records by filing and cataloging disciplinary actions and appeal cases.
  • Gather and prepare essential information for both appeal and discipline proceedings.
  • Create clear and concise Discipline/Appeal Notices.
  • Conduct basic searches within our systems (CTMS and SportsEngine) to retrieve transfer records and insurance claim details as needed.
  • Support the organization and management of Ontario Soccer's Discipline & Appeals Certification Courses.
  • Contribute to other tasks as assigned by the team.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, with the internship fulfilling course credit requirements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, administrative, and customer service skills, thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Visio, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pursuing education in sports administration or a related field.
