We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Island Insurance Agency Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 16-20 people and overseeing the daily operations of the branch. This includes planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and hiring, training, and directing staff.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and direct market research studies to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Oversee the preparation of reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Advise senior management on business strategies and initiatives.
- Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of data and information to inform business decisions.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and direct advertising and marketing campaigns to promote the branch and its services.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
The Branch Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
