We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Island Insurance Agency Ltd.
Job Summary:The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 16-20 people and overseeing the daily operations of the branch. This includes planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and hiring, training, and directing staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and direct market research studies to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Oversee the preparation of reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Advise senior management on business strategies and initiatives.
- Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of data and information to inform business decisions.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and direct advertising and marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a management role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 37.5 hours per week.
