Job Title: Home Renovation Specialist

At First Call Construction, we are seeking a skilled Home Renovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for planning and managing home renovation projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Select and employ trade subcontractors and coordinate their activities to achieve project goals
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to support project needs
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive project success
  • Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects
  • Work with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure project plans and specifications meet client needs
  • Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors to support project needs
  • Ensure that construction permits are obtained and project work is compliant with regulations
  • Develop and implement health and safety plans to ensure a safe working environment
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing project needs
  • Client-focused and team-oriented approach
Work Environment:

As a Home Renovation Specialist with First Call Construction, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

30 to 35 hours per week.
