Job Title: Home Renovation Specialist

First Call Construction is seeking a skilled Home Renovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for planning and executing home renovation projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Select and manage trade subcontractors to coordinate their activities
  • Develop and manage budgets for each project
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and success
  • Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects
  • Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met
  • Maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors
  • Ensure compliance with construction permits and regulations
  • Develop and implement health and safety plans to protect employees and customers
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements
Work Environment:

As a Home Renovation Specialist, you will work in a variety of locations, including residential construction sites and office settings. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
