Job Summary
Optimus SBR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate to join our Financial Services Practice. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with high-performing professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end solutions to meet client needs, including creating process maps, supporting metrics, progress reports, client briefings, presentations, deliverables, and recommendation documents.
- Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and/or recommendations related to proposed solutions.
- Participate in change management activities and contribute to the life and culture of the company.
- Complete assigned work related to project deliverables on time and on budget.
- Participate in project planning and administration, as well as proposals development and other sales support activities as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant consulting or financial services industry experience.
- 2+ years of experience working and/or leading work streams or small teams.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-directed, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented individual with the ability to meet aggressive timelines.
- Innovative and dynamic, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong work ethic and someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to developing their career.
Education
Related University Degree. Preferred Education: Post-Graduate degree, MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant designations; or equivalent experience.
