Position Overview
Samsung Electronics Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our Product Management, Tech Ops and Content and Services team. As a key member of our Mobility (MX) Division, you will be responsible for executing product strategy and management across all Smartphones, New Computing and Mobile Enhancement products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and market share.
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring timely and successful market entry.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging analytics and market insights to optimize investments and results.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business plans to achieve divisional and company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform product and business strategies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
