About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at ARP Solutions Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Develop and manage the bar's budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, ensuring optimal profitability and efficiency.

Staff Management

Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.

Training and Development

Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.

Financial Management

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and that products are rotated regularly to minimize waste and maximize sales.

Supplier Negotiations

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, securing the best possible prices and terms.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
