Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Palace Hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Develop a comprehensive budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.

Operations Evaluation

Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Staff Performance

Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support as needed.

Daily Operations Planning

Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Staff Training

Train staff on new procedures and policies.

Service Development

Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.

Cash Handling

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.

Cost Management

Cost products and services.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory.

Supplier Negotiations

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
