About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor Professional Customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our construction materials products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in-store and over the phone
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively advise customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide customers with the best possible experience
  • Perform opening and closing tasks, including cash handling and inventory management
What We're Looking For
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
