Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing product knowledge, and helping customers successfully realize their projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer service that exceeds expectations by offering products that complement the customer's needs
  • Be attentive to customer needs and opportunities
  • Be an ambassador for PRO services, communicating current programs and promotions clearly to customers
  • Help customers locate, select, transport, and load merchandise
  • Keep abreast of promotions and flyers
  • Perform opening, half-shift, and closing tasks
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience is an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
