About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Installation Technician to join our team at Quality Craft Kitchen Cabinets Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in the installation of our kitchen cabinets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by being professional, courteous, and responsive to customer needs and concerns.

Installation Planning

Determine the most efficient and effective installation procedures for each project, taking into account the specific requirements of the job and the needs of the customer.

Measurement and Preparation

Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Tool Utilization

Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations efficiently and effectively.

Blueprint Interpretation

Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.

Weight Handling

Handle weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and up to 23 kg (50 lbs) with ease and safety.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees

Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster, providing them with opportunities for employment and integration into our community.

Credential Recognition

Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition, helping them to obtain the necessary certifications and qualifications to work in their field.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration to achieve excellent results.

Work Hours

Work 35 to 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and opportunities for overtime as needed.
