Job Title: Clinical Information Coordinator

The Clinical Information Coordinator validates and verifies organ and tissue referral and donor data, follows up with internal and external stakeholders on the information needed to complete records, works with management and clinical staff to identify and suggest solutions to improve data entry quality and practices, and performs other administrative functions as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validates and verifies donor, referral, and recovery information
  • Provides administrative support to ensure the organ and tissue duties
  • Uses Tableau/SQL server to extract and generate reports for missing and inaccurate information
  • Follows up with internal and external stakeholders regarding the information needed to complete data
  • Produces reports on data completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Health Information Management or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a related role or a combination of equivalent experience and education
  • Experience in a medical office or hospital environment is preferred
