Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
- Food Preparation and Service: Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner, meeting the quality control standards of our establishment.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a physically demanding role. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, maintain a high level of energy and focus, and be able to stand for extended periods.
