About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Shanghai 360. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food and beverages, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including the washing and sanitizing of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the receiving, storing, and inventorying of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen and the delivery of high-quality food and service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, work under pressure, attention to detail
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
