Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at JAGARE RIDGE PHYSICAL THERAPY AND SPORTS INJURY CLINIC INC.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out treatment programs, positioning patients for treatments, preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies, and scheduling and confirming appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists
  • Position patients for treatments by chiropractor or machine
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
