At Archie's Seafood Restaurants, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure that we are meeting our financial goals.
  • Menu Planning and Cost Control: Develop and implement menu plans that are aligned with our business objectives and ensure that we are controlling costs effectively.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including food, ingredients, and supplies, to ensure that we are minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant is compliant with all health and safety regulations and that we are maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and promotion plans to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Event Management: Manage events and functions at the restaurant, ensuring that they are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality or business.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
