Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure that we are meeting our financial goals.
- Menu Planning and Cost Control: Develop and implement menu plans that are aligned with our business objectives and ensure that we are controlling costs effectively.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including food, ingredients, and supplies, to ensure that we are minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant is compliant with all health and safety regulations and that we are maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and promotion plans to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Event Management: Manage events and functions at the restaurant, ensuring that they are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality or business.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail, ability to handle repetitive tasks and work under pressure.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
