Director, Disability Management Quality and Training

We are seeking an experienced Director, Disability Management Quality and Training to join our team at Ontario Health atHome. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction in organizational development, change management, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to the development and execution of effective and integrated organizational development, organizational effectiveness, change, engagement, EIDAR, and talent management strategies, plans, initiatives, programs, and policies aligned with the company's mission, vision, and strategic goals.
- Contribute to strategic and operational planning of the HRODE portfolio, including the People Strategy and Annual Business Plan, and identify opportunities for program and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify key areas for improvement and change.
- Provide effective leadership and direction to team members through setting of goals and expectations, performance management, development planning, feedback, and coaching.
- Drive the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs, including accountability frameworks, performance measures, indicators, and results.
- University degree in organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, organizational behavior, human resources, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- CHRP/CHRL designation an asset.
- Change management training and certification an asset.
- Executive coaching certification an asset.
- Certified Training and Development Professional designation an asset.
- Minimum eight (8) to ten (10) years related experience with three (3) to five (5) years in a management role (people and projects).
- Strong relationship management, facilitation, and critical thinking skills.
- Learning, strategic planning, organization design, leadership development, change management, performance management, coaching, diversity, and work/life balance, conflict management, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, assessment, and analysis of learning needs, learning and design development, and evaluation.
- Program management and accountability.
