We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Elite Residential Concierge Services Inc.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our residential properties, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the security operations of our residential properties, including the supervision of security personnel and the implementation of security protocols.
- Ensure the safety and security of our clients and staff, including the investigation of incidents and the development of strategies to prevent future incidents.
- Collaborate with other departments, including facilities and maintenance, to ensure a seamless and secure living environment.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures, including training programs for security personnel.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- 3-5 years of experience in a security leadership role, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. criminology, security management) an asset.
