Exciting Opportunity for a Financial Investment Analyst at Valnet:
Valnet is in search of a talented Financial Investment Analyst to support the management of acquisition initiatives and internal investment strategies. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities and excel in a fast-paced setting. Reporting directly to the Head of M&A, this position will require collaboration with multiple teams to facilitate effective acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the acquisition process, which includes competitive assessments, sourcing, negotiations, and integration efforts.
- Administer internal investments while enhancing operational and financial outcomes.
- Assist the investment team with various functions such as financial modeling and data interpretation.
Additional Duties Include:
- Monitoring financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Creating financial models and forecasts.
- Performing data analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
- Supporting M&A due diligence activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or comparable positions.
- Solid understanding of financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
- Outstanding analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Genuine interest in advertising technology, media, or the tech sector.
