We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Foreman/Woman to join our team at Ontario Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the health and well-being of our livestock, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat livestock health issues
- Direct and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- Formulate and implement feeding programs
- Monitor and maintain animal health
- Perform general farm duties
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Ability to work in a rural area with staff accommodation available
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 to 60 hours per week
