At DoorDash, we are expanding our presence in Canada and are seeking an Enterprise Engagement Associate to lead the strategic direction, development, and enhancement of our restaurant merchant partner relationships within the Enterprise Post-sale division. This role reports to the Engagement Manager Lead for DoorDash Canada.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Engagement Associate, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of skilled sales and relationship managers to strengthen our connections with Canada's key restaurant merchants. You will take ownership of a specific group of these partnerships and play a crucial role in launching new brand collaborations, enhancing existing merchant relationships (including introducing new products and opening new locations), and working closely with marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless experience for our merchant partners.
