We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at MANRO ENTERPRISES LTD. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply area.
Key Responsibilities- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, supply area, and office space, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, and accurately record inventory levels.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Process incoming requisitions, prepare and track work orders, and prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, and provide advice on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office and internet applications.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client-focused, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Our warehouse and supply area are fast-paced and physically demanding environments. You will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
What We Offer- Permanent Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week.
- English Language: Work language is English.
