About the Role

We are looking for a sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience
  • Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification to provide expert knowledge to customers
  • Work closely with sales leadership to prepare and review monthly plans
  • Meet and maintain dealership standards for Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or GED
  • Sales experience is an asset, but not necessarily required
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License
