Job Title: Vehicle Sales and Leasing Consultant

MINI Oakville is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Vehicle Sales and Leasing Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and execute dealership sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends and certification.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to set and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure that all clients receive a positive experience.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent education.
  • Sales experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license.
Compensation:

A competitive salary, commission, car allowance, and paid company benefits package.
