Role Overview

The Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Quality & Security team is seeking a Technical Program Manager. This pivotal role involves overseeing the quality and reliability of our data center offerings through comprehensive technical evaluations and collaboration with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate technical assessment initiatives across various development sectors.
  • Guide the virtual assessment team in evaluating customer needs and formulating actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze feedback from technical experts and test data to determine the viability of CORE requests.
  • Assess and prioritize CORE requests to address urgent customer and marketing demands.
  • Collaborate with engineering, development, and production teams to ensure product quality and serviceability.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges, proposing alternative solutions to meet customer specifications.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of CORE/FastPath processes and suggest enhancements.
  • Mentor a virtual team of technical assessors to improve the accuracy and efficiency of assessments.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to team members across functions.
  • Maintain detailed records of assessments, feedback, and testing outcomes.
Qualifications:

Basic:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Intel x86 or AMD server architecture and product development.
  • Experience in design process development and execution.
  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for various tasks including engineering management and executive updates.
  • Adept at working collaboratively in teams as well as independently, with a passion for learning new technologies.
  • Experience with GPU, Servers, CPU, or Memory development.
