About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Fazal Miran Fuel Corp. as a key member of our retail operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee and manage the performance of sales staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members, to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Sales Floor Management: Assign sales workers to duties, manage sales floor operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise, to ensure optimal sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Development: Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Store Operations: Manage store operations, including cash handling, sales processing, and customer transactions.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with sales staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail management role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
