We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Laowai Cocktail and Dim Sum Parlour. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that all food is of the highest quality and presented in an attractive manner.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and take steps to address any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to the highest standards, ensuring that all equipment and surfaces are clean and sanitized.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
