Key Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing installations, maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Engage in plumbing tie-ins for both temporary and permanent structures.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations.
- Willingness to travel for work assignments is essential.
- Collaborate effectively with Forepersons, Operators, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Plumber Certification (Red Seal) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing and gas fitting.
- B Class Gas Ticket is mandatory.
- Completion of post-secondary trades training is required.
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills are preferred.
- Proven troubleshooting abilities are essential.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are desired.
- Familiarity with standard plumbing and construction hand tools.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is necessary.
- Certifications in CSTS-09 or 2020, WHMIS 2015, Ground Disturbance 201, and Fall Protection are required.
- A reliable mode of transportation is essential.
- Proficiency in the English language is required.
Education Requirements: Journeyman Certification (Red Seal).
