Position Overview

The maintenance technician will play a crucial role in addressing the needs of tenants and supporting building management. Depending on your qualifications, responsibilities may include a variety of maintenance tasks such as furniture assembly and repair, as well as general upkeep of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting preventive maintenance for the building in accordance with established plans
  • Repairing doors and locks throughout the premises
  • Maintaining drywall and other surfaces, including minor plumbing tasks
  • Potentially working at heights and utilizing lifts
  • Replacing light bulbs and tubes as needed
  • Performing minor plumbing repairs
  • Assembling and fixing furniture
  • Installing storage solutions for tools
  • Carrying out other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Training in locksmithing
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in general maintenance
  • Training for working at heights (preferred)
  • Demonstrated professional integrity
  • Strong initiative, reliability, and sound judgment
  • Ability to foster positive professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and supervisors
  • Adaptability and flexibility in various situations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Resourceful and versatile in approach
