Position Overview

The maintenance technician will play a crucial role in addressing the needs of tenants and supporting building management. Depending on your qualifications, responsibilities may include a variety of maintenance tasks such as furniture assembly and repair, as well as general upkeep of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting preventive maintenance for the building in accordance with established plans
- Repairing doors and locks throughout the premises
- Maintaining drywall and other surfaces, including minor plumbing tasks
- Potentially working at heights and utilizing lifts
- Replacing light bulbs and tubes as needed
- Performing minor plumbing repairs
- Assembling and fixing furniture
- Installing storage solutions for tools
- Carrying out other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Training in locksmithing
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in general maintenance
- Training for working at heights (preferred)
- Demonstrated professional integrity
- Strong initiative, reliability, and sound judgment
- Ability to foster positive professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and supervisors
- Adaptability and flexibility in various situations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical thinking skills
- Resourceful and versatile in approach
