Food Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Food Service Representative. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for revolutionizing the way we approach foodservice and restaurant strategies, taking our beverage category to new heights of success.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and enhance our brand development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including restaurants, arena/stadiums, special events, distributors, vending, and hotels.
- Analyze data and translate it into insights-led business plans to drive our growth.
- Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Work closely with our dynamic Field Sales team to activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions.
- Lead the charge in expanding our net new sales distribution within the beverages business.
- Develop and execute channel programs and initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience in the beverages or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, with a deep understanding of this dynamic sector.
- Proven sales, business, and financial acumen, with exceptional negotiation skills and ability to develop compelling business plans.
- Ability to work independently, producing exceptional results under minimal supervision.
- Strong background in business development and/or account management, with experience navigating complex negotiations.
- Master of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations and forecasts.
- Valid driver's license, with a willingness to spend 4 days a week on the road visiting and engaging with customers.
