Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Specialist to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As a Family Law Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services to our clients in the area of family law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child and spousal support, and property and equalization of net family property.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of clients and referral sources to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Work closely with senior lawyers and other team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional client service.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in family law legislation and case law to provide the highest level of expertise to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a law firm dealing with family law matters.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of family law, including contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child and spousal support, and property and equalization of net family property.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong academic credentials.
  • Member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
