Job Summary:

Citibank is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including identifying and assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that team members have the necessary resources and training.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing and implementing risk management plans and ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of potential risks.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, including conducting quality assurance and control activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet their needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including developing and implementing new processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in IT project management, including experience with IT project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with IT project management tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience with stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including experience with multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including experience with team leadership and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL v4 certification.
  • Experience with IT project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience with data analysis and problem-solving, including experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Experience with team leadership and collaboration, including experience with team building and development.
