Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tiffin King. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen and dining areas.
- Requisition Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have everything we need to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and submit reports on kitchen operations, including food sales, inventory levels, and staff performance.
- Supervise Tray Assembly and Delivery: Oversee the assembly and delivery of food trays to ensure that they are presented in a clean and appetizing manner.
- Supervise Food Trolley Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of food trolleys to ensure that they are delivered to the correct locations in a timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people
- Transportation: Public transportation is available
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail
- Personal Suitability: Team player, initiative
Tiffin King is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
What We Offer- Permanent Position: This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 35 hours per week.
