About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at H.G. Contracting Inc. as a Facilities Maintenance Technician. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a sparkling clean environment.
Work Environment

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. You must be physically fit and able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
