Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Super 8 Edmonton Int. Airport. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Cleaning Tasks: Dust and polish furniture, vacuum and mop floors, and clean bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Wash, dry, and fold laundry, and restock linens and towels.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service, respond to guest requests, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with 32 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
