About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our team at BARRON'S HOME APPLIANCE CENTRE LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough electrical tests using specialized equipment to diagnose faults and identify repair needs.
  • Prepare detailed estimates of repair costs and provide clear explanations to customers.
  • Plan and optimize service routes to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Refer to technical manuals and schematics to repair and replace faulty components.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical appliances and components, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Advise customers on work performed and provide guidance on equipment maintenance.
  • Operate shop equipment and specialized diagnostic tools to repair, adjust, and reprogram appliances.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and work in a team environment.
