Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at PERCY JOHN FLOORING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and other administrative documents.
  • Communication: Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as required.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage our digital database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
